Rented a 15 foot truck online, showed up on the Tuesday, 11am as reserved and there was no line, easy paperwork, and truck was pulled out ready, running with AC on. There was no delay. I got an old truck but it did the job. I left my overpriced waterbottle under the seat, called the next day and they found it for me so I'm extra thankful for the good people at this Uhaul location.
Great UHaul place. Thompson Rd is a headache in winter.
