That was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one knew what was going on or what needed to be done. They just walked away and stood in the garage. We ended up walking out.
They went out of thier way to get it installed that day.
I didn't get a hitch installed. I made the appointment a week prior. When I got to the store and turned in my car - I was told they didn't have the hitch in stock and they would order the correct hitch. So now I'm waiting 2 more weeks. You would think they would check the inventory BEFORE a customer made time to drive over and get this hitch installed.
