The install was done on time, and the final product looks clean and solid — you can barely tell it’s there until you need it. I’m now using it with a bike rack and a cargo carrier with no issues at all. Everything fits securely and operates smoothly.
I had a trailer hitch professionally installed on my Tesla Model 3 at U-Haul, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable about the Model 3 and made sure the hitch was aligned perfectly before installation. They walked me through the process, explained the weight ratings, and answered all my questions confidently.
They helped me find a very hard to get piece of hardware for my swagman bike rack.
UHAUL Installer did over $600 damage to my vehicle during hitch install. Broken trim pieces needed to be replaced, bumper and body parts were not fully re-attached, and was done poorly. Screws were left out during re-install (2), one fell out entirely when I got home. Tail light came loose due to broken fastener. All of the work had to be reviewed by a qualified mechanic and UHAUL will never touch any of my cars again. Considering sending it to legal to resolve.
