The man who installed my hitch flashed his private bits (yes, that) multiple times. Frozen and scared, I asked him to put it away and I drove off, stunned, confused, and very afraid. After calling uhaul to inform them of the issue, the store manager called to tell at me that he was displeased that I didn't tell him right away. I have since filed a police report and am waiting to hear an update on the investigation. Since, I have been informed that this man has done this multiple times to multiple women.
