The manager is competent, helpful and friendly. However, I stood in line for nearly an hour while two incompetent employees could not manage to check in the people that they were dealing with. The whole damned checkin was at a complete standstill.
Courteous, installer answered all questions, good knowledge on hitch installation. If possible don’t wait there, no real good place to sit.
