I had an appointment that was abruptly canceled, and the person who called me was both rude and unprofessional. I purchased the hitch from U-Haul, and yet I was still not accommodated. The representative stated that they were not bound by the same policies and rules, which is baffling considering it's a franchise. I strongly advise against using this place.
