The shop was able to schedule and complete my installation in a timely fashion.
In and out in about an hour when your confirmation said to allow 3 hours. It'll get it's first test this week and based upon my brief try-out, I expect no issues. Your $5 lifetime warranty is something I normally never pay for, but for $5, in the event something comes up with the hitch or exhaust system that was moved during the install, it's likely a good investment. Solid price/performance, I'd recommend a U-Haul hitch to anyone looking for one.
