We chose U-Haul for the hitch installation because of its name recognition as a reliable entity. We chose the the specific because it is close to our home and had good reviews. In the end, however, we were very disappointed. We were told when we dropped off the vehicle that the installation would take 90 minutes. After three hours I had to call to get the information that the procedure was stalled because of a technical issue that required a tool they did not have, but were trying to procure.
