I do like U-Haul and their service. However, this location (16405 I-45 N) is terrible. The Manager is lacking basic customer service skills and is rude. Although the manager (Ava) mentioned several times that she is doing everything to help and make me happy as a customer, she did nothing to really help. I had a valid reservation, my valid driver license, more than one valid credit card and other identifications with me.
