I was first inconvenienced because I was asked to swap days & leave my car for the day. I asked for a 7 pin I got a 4 pin. Had to spend AS much as I spent initially to have that corrected. So I spent $720 for the hitch and wiring. $370 at U-Haul and $370 at the RV dealership. The entire process with U-Haul was unprofessional. The U-Haul instillation was NOT well done. Even with the discount, I’m very disappointed.

Even though, there was a staff shortage and extremely busy. Charles was willing to work with me. I did not mind the rescheduling. Armando was also very thorough; he made sure that the bolts were locked and tight.
