I arrived for my scheduled appointment to be told no one could install my hitch. Was told they only do them between 9-12. These people had me on the schedule all day and never called me. I drove 30 minutes and had to cancel my weekend plans due to this. Edit- Uhaul 100% made up for this error and restored my faith in them. I will be back and will 100% recommend! Thank you Kim!!
Although the hitch was not installed, the team provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to attempt the installation. I appreciate the time they took and the ongoing communication.
