I made an appointment 1 week ahead of time to get a hitch and wiring installed on my SUV. I showed up at the store at the selected date and time and the gentleman at the front desk wasn't aware there was even an appointment on the schedule. He informed me that there was nobody there that was qualified to install the hitch and that most of the parts weren't even in stock.
