Very friendly service and excellent attention. Mr. Myron was awesome and everyone at the Richmond U-Haul provided top notch service.
I was told that hitch installation would take an hour, maybe hour and a half. It took three. The guy behind the counter was genial though.

The manager of this location, I believe his name is Myron, is a real gem. Even on a busy and hectic day he was positive, professional and kind. After an 11-hour work day he remembered me as I walked in and thanked me for my patience on a trailer hitch job they provided. Hope Uhaul management appreciates you!
