Gentlemen at this location were super helpful and very accommodating. I got what I needed quickly so I could start my trip/move.
Regrettably, during the installation of my tow hitch, my rear bumper was scratched in three places. Consequently, I am currently engaged in the claims process to address this matter. U-Haul has informed me that they will not provide reimbursement, so now I must involve a lawyer. The car was brand-new, purchased on May 15. The hitch was installed on the 25th.
