Had an 1100 appointment, arrived at 1050, they had my paperwork completed and my vehicle up on the rack by 1100. By 1135 they had completed my hitch install and I was on my way. For the $50 install price, it wasn’t worth my time to DIY it. Besides, they had all the tools and expertise to do the job. Well done Ryan!
