the lighting/wiring connection was not attached. it was simply looped around the hook on the hitch. I was expecting a solid placement for looks and connection
Nothing. Purchased the hitch online, setup an appointment for 2/24. Arrived at appointment, after two hours with the vehicle installer informed me that he did not have a hitch that fits my car. Said that he would order and reschedule for this week. I called today, was told that I would be contacted in 15 minutes. It's been 2 hours already and I've heard nothing.
