Poor experience! The instillation never even happened and I am very upset with the experience. I had an appointment at a location that was scheduled two weeks in advance and when I went to my appointment, they said they have no installers and they can’t install my hitch. They also said that the hitch I ordered is on back order. No one called me to tell me it was on back order or that there is no one to install the hitch. I took the day off to make this happen. Justin was awesome. My second install with him. It took a little time for the electrical but space is very limited in the Toyota RAV4. I know it will be a quality installation.
Justin is thorough, knowledgeable, a clear communicator, and the best troubleshooting mechanic I have ever worked with! There were some glitches with the wiring install, and he worked on it til it was fixed, and rechecked it for me the following day. Tami was wonderfully kind as well while we were figuring out the wiring. They both made a stressful process much easier.
Friendly service and on time delivery.
It has been rescheduled twice and I still don’t have it installed.
