I want to take a moment to acknowledge angel. She went above and beyond. After my hitch was installed by another team member i had questions about buying an additional bike rack. Not only did she help but she helped me put it together and attach it. I haven’t had any prior experience with bike racks so to someone new this was beyond helpful. I’m a visual learner so i am very grateful for her time and patience and going the extra mile when she didn’t have to. She seems great at her job!
