Honestly, the experience wasn’t great. After I reserve and schedule my appointment for service, I was ask to reschedule twice because “their guy doesn’t stay late to do installation and the latest is 2:00pm (my original time was 4:00pm) ” and expected me to accommodate them. Why give people the options to choose their appointments online ? So I switch to 2PM, they call me a day before the appointment to reschedule to 9am instead, I told them no and 2:00 is the best I can do. REALLY ZERO STARS!! AVOID AVOID AVOID EMPLOYEE WAS LATE FOR RESERVATION. I THOUGHT I HAD EARLIEST @ 8AM, BUT YOUR ONLINE SYSTEM ALLOWED FOR SOMEONE TO MAKE A 7AM APPT. SO I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE 7AM GUY TO GET HIS HITCH. MY HITCH INSTALL DID NOT START UNTIL 9:50AM. AFTER FINALLY GET MY HITCH,I HAD TO REMIND EMPLOYEE I PAID FOR MOUNT, CLIP, AND BALL.
