Staff was very friendly, a pleasure to deal with. The trailer hitch install was done in the time-frame promised and looks great on my vehicle.
Terrible all around. DO NOT COME HERE. They messed up my reservation first of all. My reservation included at a 10ft truck they didn't even have one when I arrived. Second the vehicle had several issues including the weather sealing falling off, which he said they knew about but never bothered to tell me beforehand. The tire alignment was awful and the vehicle was wobbly I had to drive longer than intended because I couldn't use the highway because the vehicle could barely reach high enough speeds and the handling was bad. Pro: It finished on the day I requested. I chose this site with one of the higher reviews. When I got there it almost looked like the hitch (order a month in advance) wasn't on site. They eventually found it. Then informed me that basically the schedule ahead and wait onsite option was meaningless for as they would get to it when time permitted. I told them I have an existing hitch that would have to be removed (previously installed by uhaul). 2 hours later they tried reaching me to let me know that it would be an extra $200... read more
