The bottom of the ramp had excessive oil. That was not the crews fault it was well camouflaged. UHAUL NEEDS A PHONE CHARGING STATION AT ALL CORPORATE STORES NO EXCUSES AND A BENCH FOR SENIOR CITIZEN'S.
Staff was very friendly, a pleasure to deal with. The trailer hitch install was done in the time-frame promised and looks great on my vehicle.
Terrible all around. DO NOT COME HERE. They messed up my reservation first of all. My reservation included at a 10ft truck they didn't even have one when I arrived. Second the vehicle had several issues including the weather sealing falling off, which he said they knew about but never bothered to tell me beforehand. The tire alignment was awful and the vehicle was wobbly I had to drive longer than intended because I couldn't use the highway because the vehicle could barely reach high enough speeds and the handling was bad.
