I thought I liked the scheduling feature until I discovered that it was only an illusion. Twice, I made plans to have a hitch installed with U-haul through their website. Twice, I pulled out my calendar, and scheduled PTO off work to meet at the location. TWICE they rescheduled me because they accidently double booked my time slot. Its a mistake if this happens once, and that's fine, I understand mistakes, but its unconscionable that this should happen twice to the same customer.
