It was a great experience. The only thing that may be improved (and I mean the only thing, because everything was excellent, right from the moment of first contact, and my questions, to booking, to customer service and communication on day of) is signage and customer parking. I wasn’t sure where to go, as a customer going into the store. Maybe it was me, but I felt confused about where I was to park. Otherwise, absolutely amazing
Absolutely the worst experience. I’m happy that I did not get my hitch installed with U-Haul. I’m happy the customer service was terrible and it forced me to go elsewhere.
Fairly quick install, projected time was the actual installation time. Dropped off and picked up within the allotted window. Quick and painless. Good service experience with no complaints.
Nothing. The hitch was not installed because a damaged hitch was sent to the location. In fact, this was the SAME hitch that I returned months ago because it was damaged when shipped from UHaul to my home. This was a HUGE waste of time and I am extremely dissatisfied.
