It's a real shame that everything is fine at this U-Haul office, the only bad thing is the skinny lady who has no teeth and is arrogant. Just because I had parked where the trucks are, she told me to move and I didn't do it the instant she told me to. She said she would call a tow truck and kick me out of there. It's a shame that there are people like that working at this U-Haul.

The ease of getting an appointment, the process, and the customer service wasfantastic. I wasnt able to pick up my truck that day and they were able to hold until the following day. Great all around!
