Very knowledgeable staff answered my questions and got me the proper ball and hitch with bolt and cotter pin. The staff even made sure I knew how to install it. They checked out my car to make sure the trailer that I reserved would be okay being pulled by my car. Very knowledgeable and dedicated staff. Safety comes first with them, far before profits. I was impressed.
