I dropped my car off to get a hitch installed, they were straight to the point and took care of the business i needed done. I actually stayed and waited in the lobby until they finished, they were pretty busy but they accommodated everyone. Nothing at all the Manager pulled a no show and did not call anybody to tell them not to come in. Very unprofessional. Will never go back.
