I have used U-Haul for years now, and I have never received customer service like I did from Alfredo. He went out of his way to help me with my hitch installation and trailer reservation. I wish I had known about this location in the past because I would have driven out of my way to go here. Alfredo kept his word and didn't give me any kind of run around.
