They installed the hitch on my car but it’s a half inch too close to the exhaust and they knock against each other. I’ve tried calling but they put me on hold for ages. Gave up. Eventually I figured out my own solution, not the prettiest but it works.
Hello, all these reviews are true! The service is really terrible, no respect or subordination, the two young men in the reception behave so terribly, no education, no organization, pointless questions, I don't understand where the owner of this company is looking. I don't recommend it!!!
Don't come, don't rent anything. Irresponsible. I drove 45 minutes, confirmed with the store in the morning, and in the afternoon I went to pick up my reservation. They gave the vehicle transfer equipment to someone else. They didn't call me, they didn't say anything. And while I was in the store, they treated me very badly. I'm really not coming.
