Dealer canceled the appointment. He said he pays no attention to internet appointments. He was definitely technology challenged.
The hitch is NOT installed. My daughter and I drove separate vehicles so we could run a couple errands while the hitch was to be installed. WITHOUT notification,some changed the install date from July 9 to August 5. I chose the July 9 date based on when both of us were available. Now, to meet the Aug 5 date, I have to move some appointments around. We live 40 minutes away. This cost us fuel, money, and lots of time. I am not pleased right now.

Arrived at the time per Email. Dealer had no record of it. Told I'd have to wait a week and that IT was my responsibility to phone ahead of time to confirm. In other words Emails from you don't matter. Wasted over an hour drive time and gas.
