I had a 2” hitch installed on my Subaru yesterday. Richard was very knowledgeable and so respectful. A lovely man. The office lady Sam was very helpful also. I high recommend this UHaul store.

I will start by saying that the quality of the installation was solid and it has been working great so far. However, the poor customer service experience began with a call just hours before our scheduled installation, informing us that they were overwhelmed and unable to complete the installation at the designated time. We rescheduled for the following Saturday, with an estimated completion time of 2 hours.
