Lee was waiting on arrival to install the hitch and trailer wires. He got chairs for kids and I to sit inside of uhaul near the bathroom .it was only in the 90s outside. Install was an 1 1/2.
Not a clean receiver installation. New electrical wires left exposed and dangling. When issue was brought up, no effort was put into correcting it. If I wanted to do it myself, I wouldn’t have paid you to do it. Disappointing.
The price, the ease of scheduling and customer service were outstanding! The speed with which the hitch was installed amazed me. The woman at the front desk was very upbeat and friendly and the guy who installed the hitch took a moment to answer a couple questions I had. You guys really impressed me!!
