Had a trailer hitch installed at U-Haul in Bristol, PA ... Katie was great. She fixed all the issues that the online system had created. She got the better wiring kit delivered to her store for my RAV4 instead the generic kit, and she did that with one-day notice! She also saved me money by giving me the ball and hitch combo rather than the online pricing that was separate. All in all, super great experience!!!
