I was told there was rust under my Honda CRV and the screw hole was stripped. Salinas Honda confirmed no rust and the screw hole had been freshly stripped. The service tech at Uhaul told me I wouldn't be able to have a hitch put on now. My honda 2012 has 50K miles on it and has been garage kept and in perfect condition. THIS WAS A HUGE LET DOWN!!! Completely heart broken. Uhual would not admit to their mistake.
Hitch install looks good but when panels in rear trunk area were removed and put back on the fasterners were left off to hold panels in place,and one muffler is not installed back on correctly.
I will not recommend anyone I know to this location I was over charged for a truck for a couple of hours. They held 215.87 at the return it came to 262.34 46.47 is pending in my account. 262.34 has already posted to my account what's going on.
