The U-Haul website allowed me to schedule a trailer hitch installation at this location. It charged my card for the full amount (>$300). It sent me a confirmation email! Unfortunately, the whole thing was fake. When I showed up at 8:30 AM on a Saturday morning, having arranged transportation to get home, I was told that the Sunnyvale location doesn't do trailer hitch installs. Was I at the wrong location? The attendant worked hard to figure out how to deal with me. But the hitch install appointment was an error and they could not install the hitch. I had to have a different installer that cost 4X more.
They have propane tank exchange - but they dont do Propane Fill-up services for RVs. I tried calling the office in advance to ask about Propane service, but their phone system doesn't give you the option to talk to the staff and you just loop over and over - until you give up and hang up. I drove over to the location to get propane only to find out they dont have fill up service.
