The price was excellent. I made an appointment. They started right on time. Finished in an hour. Looks real good. The installer was super helpful
I installed a new hitch on my camry. I upgraded to the 3500lb capacity hitch without knowing camry only has 1000lb capacity. I was not told by the tech there that the upgrade was not recommended or really useless. I feel taken advantage of. When I picked up the car, the lighting cables were not fastened securely. They were put together with electrical tape and was causing my car to die while idling, something my car had never done before.
