Superior customer support! The general manager Brodee went out of his way to drive up to Redding CA the previous evening to obtain the wiring harness set that was out-of-stock for my pre-move installation. Truly grateful for his above-and-beyond effort to make everything happen.
Overall pleasant experience with this location. We rented a tow trailer and they helped hook it on when we picked up and unlatch when we returned. Quick and efficient.
U-Haul confirmed the hitch installation appointment by e-mail. When I arrived at the appointment, the U-Haul employee informed me that I should have received a call to confirm the time of the work and availability of parts. He then told me that U-Haul in Concord did not do hitch installations on Monday. When I asked him if I had just wasted my time, he became defensive and accused me of interrupting him.
