They are getting 1 star because it makes me give them something. It was the worst experience at a place that is supposed to be customer service related. Drop the van off on Monday at our scheduled time which was 1: 30. We were told we were the next ones and they'd have it done within 2 to 3 hours. Never got a call. Nothing I didn't get the installation. The general manager wanted to argue with me about being 10 minutes late and canceled my installation so I'm going to have it done by your competitors. Never use you guys again and I'm going to post on all my social medias my experience and how terrible* you guys are.
The mechanic came and got me to ask whether I wanted the wiring ran to the hitch or left inside to take in and out. Thought this was very professional
Hitch has not been installed. Wiring was on back order. Awaiting call back when wiring available. My credit card was charged effective 7/2/23. Update: Received refund on 10/6/23 after requesting it twice. Never received update on status of wiring. I was disappointed. I've directed friends to this location for services previously, although now I would be reluctant to do so. Poor communication.
