me and my fiancé prefer this u-haul location versus multiple others in the toledo area we have went to for moving necessities such as boxes and moving trucks. the white man who was working there in early december deserves a raise. i will be asking to use this location as long as we’re in the area for future moves
The person who answered the phone seemed extremely confused and had to ask me the same thing a few times. When I got there the person who helped me wasn't rude but just barely talked/definitely wasn't friendly. Definitely need to work on their customer service training.
