Your website online scheduling is the worst on the web. Tried to schedule twice myself, then spoke to a woman who screwed everything up. The date she scheduled me to get my jeep wiring installed was the same time. I was speaking to her and then I found out the facility does not do wiring on Mondays and Tuesdays, the Tuesday I was online with her to schedule for Wednesday, not Tuesday. Again, you need to fix many issues with your website.

Great customer service at U-Haul now. This company has gone from terrible customer service to exceptional service now. Such a pleasant surprise to see that good service is not dead in America. Let’s hope many other companies follow U-Haul’s lead and upgrades their commitment to their customers as well.
The hitch was never installed. When I showed up for my 10 am appointment I was told that it had been changed by the Manager to a different location at10:30 am the following Wednesday without my knowledge. As a result, I decided to have someone else do the hitch installation.
