Curt was a professional in both his hitch installation expertise as well as delivering an excellent customer experience. It was a challenging warranty situation, and he did an excellent job reaching out to me multiple times to keep me informed. Would highly recommend!
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It never happened. I was informed, after the reservation was booked, and after almost two weeks of the business' representative hemming and hawing, they didn't have the part, and the person at this location who does the installs apparently had a bad sprain and couldn't do the install. I'm going to try another location, but having to call them back when they were supposed to try to re-book me into another location was totally useless. They never called back. Had to call them back.
