Reserved a time and they gave us the run around. I asked what’s wrong and they never scheduled us for an install even though we reserved online. I asked why and the lady said the “guy” was supposed to call and confirm yet made it seem like our fault? Come to this location if you want your time wasted.
The technician (Robert) was ready to go when I arrived, the the job quickly and professionally as expected. Fair price and all in all about 1/3 of what my Chevy dealer quoted.
Horrible! I made a reservation for 12pm on Saturday, I arrived for my appointment only to be told that the hitch installer was not there that day. They rescheduled me for the following day, a bit of an inconvenience, but manageable, as I have a last-minute bike trip with some friends on Monday. I received a phone call the next morning from the hitch installer informing me he once again won't be there and ask me to reschedule for a later date. I did not like the service. I did not notice at first, but they installed the completely wrong type of wiring on my truck and it was still more expensive than what I was quoted for and had reserved a timeslot for. No one was available for a full HOUR to START working on my truck despite that I had RESERVED a timeslot several weeks, if not a month, in advance. I made an appointment a week ahead. Paid for it ahead of time. It was even confirmed the day before. When I got to the shop it took 45 minutes to tell me they didn't have my hitch in stock. How on earth do you accept the reservation, confirm the day before and still not have my hitch. "Oh, we can have it here tomorrow". I'm here today and took a half day off work to be here.
