This is the second hitch I’ve had installed by UHaul. Like last time, I had to finish the installation. The bumper cover was not attached and the wiring was left in the trunk. To use the trailer lights, the wires must hang out of the back hatch to be crushed and shorted out. I complained but nothing was done or offered to be fixed.
I had a very pleasant experience getting a hitch installed at U-Haul at Independence Blvd location. The General Manager - Duke Graves was extremely professional and very courteous. The installation staff seemed very experienced, and they did a great job.
