Pretty easy and simple
I won't be going back to this UHaul again. Was told the hitch installation would take 1.5-2hr max. It ended up taking 4hrs! They said they ran into rusty bolt holes and they needed to take them next door to the adjacent shop to have them cleaned. So that was an unexpected extra $150. I understand that could add a bit of time to the installation, but I know that alone didn't add 2 hours to it. I can get over the extra bill, I get it. But taking 4hrs to do this was excessive... I'll find another shop to meet my moving needs.
