Went to the U-haul center in Colmar, Pa to have a hitch put on my new Honda CRV Hybrid Sport. Upon picking up the car, I noticed the chopped up cut in the rear bumper to allow for the hitch, it was a hack job along with scratches in bumper. I complained to the desk manager and he had me speak to the installer. When I showed it to him, he got very angry and said it was a great job and jumped all over me.
