Don’t waste your time if you want a hitch. Not only did I have to wait a few days, but the technician whom installs the hitches went to Lincoln to do installs there instead; I guess other installs were more important than mine. Kevin was not genuinely carrying and acted like he was.
Came in to buy mattress bag, their computer system is down, won’t take cash, and wont even take phone or CC info to run later for a $7 plastic bag. General manager has just sat here for 25 minutes playing on phone while 6 people are waiting. Update, now 45 minutes and the great general manager is vaping and blowing the smoke out in front of customers while at the desk.
