Horrible customer service. Manager called me at 7am to yell at me because their new employee got my rental wrong. Then she hung up on me when I tried to explain my rental was for 24 hours not 3 hours. Most staff at this location are highly unprofessional and lack customer service especially Obe and the manager. I will be escalating all my concerns with the district manager. I suggest you find another uhaul pick up location because you will not want to deal with them at this location.

Two failed attempts to install a hitch using this location. They wasted my entire afternoon had me waiting away around for three hours without doing the work. Avoid at all cost using another location if installing a hitch.

My hitch experience was a disaster. Nothing went right, it was a major run around, first after booking I was told after they'd installed the hitch, the didn't have the wiring package. It took over a year to complete getting the wiring, then when I got the wiring it was done wrong and visits later, wiring still isn't right. Showed up 2x based on Uhaul bookings, no mechanic available, it has been a nightmare as the central booking and customer service doesn't seem to have any control over the branches.
