We went here yesterday for a trailer hitch and because of a couple of issues with it my wife went today to have it removed. The store manager was unprofessional, rude and abusive and insulted my wife to my 10 year old daughter to the point of making her cry. Completely horrible service and approach to business and a disgrace to the Uhaul name.
They cancelled. I have tried to call them to reschedule on 4-2 but no one has responded
Installer adjusted the process to save me money and completed the job sooner then expected
