Always helpful when I need it.
Contact the facility directly, instead on using online scheduling. The appropriate hitch needs to be ordered and based on expected part delivery then the installation can be scheduled. Thanks Brennan and Danny.
Made an appointment about a week in advance on Friday at 8am. Arrived early, to drop off, was told installer doesn't get in until noon! So much for an appt. Another driver came from Oconomowoc for a hitch installed, his appt was at 7:30am. Had I know this, I would have not used this store. In the end the hitch is installed, and I am happy with the installed. It was the customer service that could have been handled differently.
Nothing. Despite my setting the appointment a week out, the part was not available. The worker behind the counter said " oh wow we have an installation today?"... Clearly can't read a schedule. Apparently Danny should have called me... What a waste of my time.
