Made an appointment about a week in advance on Friday at 8am. Arrived early, to drop off, was told installer doesn't get in until noon! So much for an appt. Another driver came from Oconomowoc for a hitch installed, his appt was at 7:30am. Had I know this, I would have not used this store. In the end the hitch is installed, and I am happy with the installed. It was the customer service that could have been handled differently.
Nothing. Despite my setting the appointment a week out, the part was not available. The worker behind the counter said " oh wow we have an installation today?"... Clearly can't read a schedule. Apparently Danny should have called me... What a waste of my time.
The car was dropped off for a scheduled trailer hitch install appointment at 7:00 a.m. on a Friday. Late that afternoon I was told the car would not be done that day. It would also not be done on Saturday. So my car sat there from Friday to Sunday. Someone did come in and do the install on Sunday...so I appreciate that at least. I understand some things happen that are out of people's control. I know they did their best. In the end I have a car with an installed hitch so goal accomplished.
