Poor customer service
Poor customer service. The location is often low on staff, especially at the end of the month. Out of four counters, only one is open—even on the 1st of the month, when they should have extra staff available. There are no clear instructions provided. Even after ordering online, I still have to stand in a long lineup. I would rather order online and have my package dropped off at one of their other locations instead of coming to this one.
My appointment was cancelled and I was never informed. How unprofessional and what a waste of time? U-Haul needs to be respectful to other peoples' time.
