I recently used U-Haul truck rental services and was very satisfied. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready for the road. The rental process took only a few minutes, and the staff was friendly and helpful in choosing the right size. I especially appreciated the convenient return system — you can return it at any time. I highly recommend U-Haul to anyone who needs to move things quickly and without hassle!

I originally put a hitch on by U-Haul Lancaster and they were supposed to add wiring kit. I was told by Lancaster to call Burbank and get them to install wiring as they always get the correct parts sooner. I did this and made an appointment. I was called by the Burbank person a week ahead of my appointment and was told they would have to order the parts and they should be in by appointment date. It was extremely disappointing. I made the appointment two weeks in advance for the Hitch. The day prior to my appointment they call and cancel because the technician was not available. I reset for the next day when the tech would be there...drive 30 minutes to Burbank and drop my car off...uber home...get a call two hours later that they actually dont have the basic hitch I need and I can come get my car.
