Quick and the technician was very knowledgeable.
The hitch was installed in a timely manner but it was not installed on the day that was booked I booked online for a specific day in a specific time U-Haul called me said they don't have a mechanic available at 11:00 a.m. but I could come in at 8:00 a.m. which was not possible my schedule so they ended up rescheduling my hitch for my 11:00 appointment but on the following day which caused me to have to reschedule a bunch more stuff so it's not happy with the scheduling side of the hitch but other than that the price and the ... read more
I expected problems like parts shortages and/or delivery delays and/or inconvenient installation appointment times and days. But there were none. I purchased my hitch online and booked my appointment. I arrived at the location on the install date and time and had a seat in the waiting area. In about an hour my vehicle was ready. In fact while i was waiting i found a super deal on a hitch mounted bike carrier on kijiji and as soon as my car was done i was off to pick it up. Great hitch, great price, great experience. Ikjit did a great job installing a hitch and wiring. The installation went very smoothly and I had a chance to properly test it.
